Deena Pribonic has been dancing since the age of 2 and has been highly trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, acrobatics, and hip hop under the direction of Marge Long. She’s had the opportunity to learn from master teachers including Nan Giordano, Marcus Afford, and Henry Danton. Deena has traveled the nation teaching dance and cheer camps and has even performed at Disney World. In 2003 she was a cheerleader for the Buffalo Bills, and since then has choreographed for several different dance teams in Erie, earning state and national titles. She has a BA in Psychology from Edinboro University and has a second degree in Dental Hygiene. She is currently the Junior Varsity Cheerleading Coach at McDowell Intermediate and A dental Hygienist at Hammerlee Dental Care. With 33 years of dance experience, Deena is thrilled to be back on the floor instructing for the third year at Erie Dance Conservatory.
